Broken or Missing product:
While we do our best to ensure the product is handled properly and packaged well, we do understand that damage could still happen during the shipping process. Please follow the steps to ensure prompt attention:
- Examine your entire order upon delivery. Open up each box/package and inspect all items.
- If damaged that is found, please photograph the products
- Email photos of damage to email@example.com with “Damaged Product” in the subject line. Please include order details including name, order number and date of arrival.
- Customer Services will coordinate the necessary resolution for these damaged pieces.
Return must be made within 14 days of receiving the items. There will be a 20% restocking fee and customers are responsible of shipping cost. All returns must be in their original box and in the condition in which they were received. Once the product is installed, it may not be return in any circumstances. Allow up to 48 hours to process return. It is important to package well because these items are fragile.
