Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase goods from our site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

  • UPS or USPS. Delivery takes 5 - 8 business days.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

You will not be charged for the delivery of the goods you purchase on our Site.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Broken or Missing product:

While we do our best to ensure the product is handled properly and packaged well, we do understand that damage could still happen during the shipping process. Please follow the steps to ensure prompt attention:

  1. Examine your entire order upon delivery. Open up each box/package and inspect all items.
  2. If damaged that is found, please photograph the products
  3. Email photos of damage to support@modket.com with “Damaged Product” in the subject line. Please include order details including name, order number and date of arrival.
  4. Customer Services will coordinate the necessary resolution for these damaged pieces.

30 Day Returns

Did you order too many tiles, or not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No problem. Modket is happy to accept returns within 30 days of your order. Please read the following information carefully.

1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting us. Returns will not be accepted without the RMA. In your email request, include:

A. Your order number.

B. The quantity of tile you are returning.

C. The reason for your return. 

2. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable shipping options, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. 
(This fee can be waived by submitting pictures of your finished project.)

3. Modket doesn't pay for return shipping. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and arrangements - you can choose any carrier you'd like.

4. The following items are final sale and can not be returned: samples, clearance items, items marked as FINAL SALE. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Credit will not be issued for any items returned to us broken. It is imperative that the returned boxes are packaged well - our products are extremely fragile. We recommend insuring your return shipment and using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.

6. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

7. Please note: Samples and sale items are not returnable, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
